Sólo vamos a necesitar 2 ingredientes
1 frasquito de 90 gr de cerezas en almíbar o al marrasquino
1 cda de vinagre de manzana
Coloca en un vaso, el contenido de las cerezas con su jugo. Te puede resultar muy dulce, así que puedes quitar un poco de almibar, y le vas agregando si te gusta .
Agrega el vinagre, y si quieres un poco de sal
Pásalo por una minipimer o procesador de alimentos
hasta que quede muy fina y tenga consistencia como de mermelada
Aprovecha el frasquito de las cerezas, para guardarlo
