Masa dulce para tarta frola vegana - (sin huevo ni mantequilla)


Esta masa es buenísima y se las quería compartir, y también para conservarla y tenerla siempre a mano

Se hace con aceite, harina azúcar y aromatizantes, así que es muy económica y fácil de hacer.

Con esta misma masa se pueden hacer galletas


Ingredientes

500 gr de harina común o de repostería

250 gr de azúcar

70 gr de aceite de oliva suave  *

70 gr de aceite de girasol  

125 gr de agua

Piel de limón rallada

Piel de naranja rallada 

2 cditas esencia de vainilla

10 gr sobre de Levadura química ( Polvo Royal ) 

 

* si no tienes aceite de oliva, ponle el total de aceite de girasol (140 gr)

 

No quites ingredientes, la masa sale perfecta así. Queda muy crocante.  Yo la  rellené con dulce de membrillo pisado con un tenedor y la cociné a 180ºC unos 30 minutos


Formar la masa con todos los ingredientes, sin amasar demasiado. Envolverla en film y llevar a refrigerador 30 minutos antes de estirarla

Dura 3 a 4 días refrigerada y 3 meses si se congela.

Tip: esta masa queda muy bien si se refrigera 20 minutos antes de hornearla, sobre todo para las galletas
